INNOVATION Mid-Term Meeting – May 6, 2025

On May 6, 2025, the INNOVATION consortium held its Mid-Term Meeting (MTM) in a fully remote format. The meeting was attended by the REA Project Officer, project partners, and doctoral candidates (DCs).

Key highlights of the agenda included:

• Introductions & Tour de Table: Partners presented their teams and roles within the network.
• REA Session: The Project Officer outlined monitoring, reporting, and the purpose of the mid-term check.
• Coordinator’s Report: Prof. Lars Kaestner shared updates on scientific progress, training, networking, and management.
• DC Presentations: Each doctoral candidate introduced themselves and their individual research projects.
• Dedicated Sessions: Restricted meetings were held with DCs and with the Coordinator for focused discussions.

The MTM provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on achievements so far, ensure alignment with EC requirements, and set the stage for the next phase of the project.
